Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management in a B2B SaaS, Fintech, or Enterprise environment.
- Proven ability to own a product area end-to-end.
- Strong track record of shipping complex features in high-pressure environments.
- Ability to write precise specifications with edge cases and acceptance criteria for engineering teams.
- Data fluency: ability to define metrics, interpret results, and drive evidence-based decisions.
- Systems thinking: ability to understand product dependencies and impact.
- Strong written and verbal communication in English (C1).
- Ability to work effectively in a Russian-speaking team.
- Comfort working in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.
- Experience using AI as a tool for research, analysis, and documentation.
Responsibilities
- Define and own the quarterly goals and success metrics for the product domain.
- Conduct structured discovery including customer interviews, behavioral analysis, and data exploration.
- Write detailed, engineering-ready specifications covering edge cases and acceptance criteria.
- Partner with PM Growth to design and deliver high-velocity experiments.
- Collaborate with GTM teams to address enterprise client needs and scalable improvements.
- Monitor product health and conduct causal reasoning on performance changes.
- Leverage AI tools for research, analysis, and communication.
