Requirements
- 8–12 years of experience in consulting, operations, or technology roles.
- Background at high-performance firms like McKinsey & Company, BCG, or Deloitte.
- Proven track record of driving cross-functional initiatives and technology-enabled process transformation.
- Hands-on experience implementing AI/automation solutions with production-grade testing in a business setting.
- Strong systems thinking and ability to map complex workflows.
- High business acumen across functions including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, HR, Finance, and Ops.
- Working knowledge of modern AI tools (LLMs, Agentic frameworks, prompt engineering, workflow automation).
- Data analysis and visualization skills, specifically SQL, Python, and dashboarding tools.
- Understanding of AI governance, ethics, and responsible AI practices.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Builder mentality with a bias toward action and iteration.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders and process owners to identify high-impact AI opportunities.
- Translate complex business workflows into scalable, AI-enabled solutions for automation and decision support.
- Develop business cases and ROI models for AI investments to prioritize initiatives.
- Build and deploy AI-powered workflows using tools such as Claude Code/Cowork, Workato, and Amazon Bedrock.
- Design and implement prompt engineering strategies, reusable templates, and AI testing frameworks.
- Create repeatable frameworks and playbooks to scale responsible, secure AI adoption.
- Train and enable teams to adopt AI tools, build AI literacy, and drive an AI-first mindset.
- Define success metrics and create executive dashboards to track AI adoption and impact.
