Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Previous experience supporting the VHA or other government agencies.
- Proficiency in organizational change management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Experience developing and executing stakeholder engagement and communication strategies.
- Ability to create clear documentation, including user guides, presentations, and training materials.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional project teams, technical staff, and government stakeholders.
- Ability to identify organizational risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Experience in monitoring user adoption through surveys, feedback, and performance metrics.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain organizational change management strategies for the VFMP Modernization Portfolio.
- Assess organizational readiness and identify impacts of new technologies and business processes.
- Create and execute change management plans covering stakeholder engagement, communication, and training.
- Collaborate with government leadership, project teams, and technical stakeholders to integrate change management into project execution.
- Develop communication materials, user guides, job aids, and training documentation.
- Coordinate training activities to prepare end users for new systems and procedures.
- Identify organizational risks and recommend mitigation strategies to minimize operational disruption.
- Monitor user adoption and report on the effectiveness of change activities using KPIs.
