  • 8+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, preferably spanning content, campaigns, and program coordination.
  • Strong long-form writing skills, with experience producing blogs, white papers, and case studies.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams and competing deadlines.
  • Experience managing external vendor and agency relationships.
  • Comfort owning a marketing campaign calendar and translating strategy into an executable plan.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional launches or events from planning through execution.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Monday.com.
  • Strong understanding of brand voice and ability to maintain consistency across content.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Higher education industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate branding programs and manage agency relationships.
  • Oversee blog writing, editorial calendar management, and long-form copywriting such as white papers, guides, and case studies.
  • Maintain marketing campaign calendars and AI-enabled branding guidelines.
  • Coordinate industry conferences including speaker sourcing and onsite execution.
  • Manage brand and content deliverables for demand generation campaigns.
  • Support cross-functional product launch coordination.
  • Own vendor and creative relationships, including paid media partners.
  • Maintain Monday.com workspace and ensure alignment with KPIs and V2MOM.
