Requirements
- 8+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, preferably spanning content, campaigns, and program coordination.
- Strong long-form writing skills, with experience producing blogs, white papers, and case studies.
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams and competing deadlines.
- Experience managing external vendor and agency relationships.
- Comfort owning a marketing campaign calendar and translating strategy into an executable plan.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional launches or events from planning through execution.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Monday.com.
- Strong understanding of brand voice and ability to maintain consistency across content.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Higher education industry experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate branding programs and manage agency relationships.
- Oversee blog writing, editorial calendar management, and long-form copywriting such as white papers, guides, and case studies.
- Maintain marketing campaign calendars and AI-enabled branding guidelines.
- Coordinate industry conferences including speaker sourcing and onsite execution.
- Manage brand and content deliverables for demand generation campaigns.
- Support cross-functional product launch coordination.
- Own vendor and creative relationships, including paid media partners.
- Maintain Monday.com workspace and ensure alignment with KPIs and V2MOM.
