Requirements
- Proven experience in brand marketing, content strategy, creative operations, or integrated marketing leadership roles.
- Experience working within B2B SaaS or enterprise technology environments.
- Demonstrated success developing brand strategies, editorial programs, thought leadership, and customer-facing content.
- Experience managing creative teams, including employees, contractors, agencies, or freelancers.
- Strong understanding of brand governance, creative workflows, and scalable marketing processes.
- Ability to translate business strategy and market insights into compelling messaging and content experiences.
- Experience partnering cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Growth, Sales, Customer Success, and executive stakeholders.
- Familiarity with AI-powered tools and workflows for content creation, automation, research, or creative production.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Data-driven mindset with experience measuring brand performance, content engagement, and marketing impact.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong storytelling and presentation abilities.
- Self-starter mentality with a track record of building systems, improving processes, and delivering results.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the strategic owner of brand identity, ensuring consistent messaging, visual standards, and creative execution across all customer and internal touchpoints.
- Develop and manage editorial strategy, content calendars, thought leadership programs, executive communications, customer stories, and marketing content initiatives.
- Lead and mentor a team of designers, copywriters, and external creative partners while creating efficient workflows and prioritization processes.
- Establish brand governance frameworks, templates, guidelines, and review processes that enable teams across the organization to create stronger content.
- Partner with Growth teams to develop creative concepts and content strategies that support demand generation, customer engagement, and pipeline growth.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing to bring positioning, messaging, and product narratives to life through impactful content and creative assets.
- Implement AI-enabled marketing workflows, tools, and automation strategies to improve content production quality, speed, and scalability.
- Manage marketing requests and creative operations to ensure priorities are aligned with business objectives and delivered efficiently.
- Strengthen external brand presence through thought leadership, executive content, public relations initiatives, and earned media opportunities.
- Define and track performance indicators such as brand awareness, share of voice, content impact, and contribution to business outcomes.
