- 4+ years at Director level or equivalent
- Proven pipeline ownership in mid-market to enterprise environments with complex, long sales cycles
- Deep experience in cybersecurity, enterprise SaaS, or highly technical B2B markets
- Strong top-of-funnel and ABM background
- Hands-on fluency with Salesforce, Marketo, 6sense, and ZoomInfo
- Experience managing websites as demand assets, including SEO, paid search, and conversion optimization
- Strong sales partnership instincts and experience co-owning revenue outcomes
- Ability to build distinct demand motions for enterprise, public sector, SME, and expansion segments
- Executive-level communication skills and ability to manage rigorous inspection cadences
Responsibilities
- Own marketing-sourced and influenced pipeline targets, including conversion rates, velocity, and closed-won influence.
- Build and scale segment-specific top-of-funnel programs for enterprise, public sector, SME, and expansion segments.
- Design and execute multi-channel campaigns across paid media, ABM, email, webinars, and events.
- Own the DomainTools website as a digital demand asset, focusing on conversion optimization, SEO, and AI-powered search.
- Partner with Sales leadership and frontline reps on pipeline forecasting, account coverage, and shared revenue goals.
- Manage the demand gen budget across paid programs, website, events, and MarTech tools.
- Hire, develop, and lead a high-performing demand generation team.
