Requirements
- 5+ years in product design, with at least 2 in a continuous‑discovery environment.
- Strong end‑to‑end product designer: UX, UI, interaction, and prototyping.
- Shipped at least 5 production experiments where design moved a real business metric.
- Proficiency with Figma and code prototypes.
- Demonstrable experience running 50+ usability tests.
- Ability to sketch a prototype live during an interview‑synthesis session.
- English C1+ proficiency.
- Proficiency with AI tools to accelerate design output.
- High ownership and strong decision‑making skills in ambiguous, fast‑moving environments.
Responsibilities
- Attend every customer interview alongside the PM and Engineer to identify friction points in real time.
- Map current end-to-end user flows including screens, emails, SMS, and refund processes.
- Design assumption-test prototypes to validate or disprove risky beliefs.
- Build multiple prototype directions per test for trio review and selection.
- Run usability tests independently and iterate findings within 48 hours.
- Ship winning design treatments directly to 100% of users and remove losing ones.
- Collaborate directly with engineering throughout the build process to eliminate over-the-wall handoffs.
- Monitor competitor experiences and industry changes.
