Requirements
- Proficiency in Figma and experience conducting customer interviews.
- Strong product and analytics experience with a data-driven design approach.
- Experience as a Senior IC with lead ambitions or previous design leadership experience.
- Ability to simplify complex functionality and prioritize pragmatism.
- Experience with design systems and scaling design across multiple product areas.
- AI-first mindset with proficiency in modern AI tools like Cursor, v0, and Claude.
- Native German fluency required due to the DACH market focus.
- Good English proficiency for international team communication.
Responsibilities
- Execute hands-on product design, customer interviews, and branding initiatives.
- Take ownership of three product areas in collaboration with product engineering.
- Own the company brand in collaboration with the Staff Designer.
- Lead the design team covering website, branding, and product design.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and founders for rapid decision-making.
- Build customer understanding through regular feedback loops with users.
- Set design standards across product, web, and brand.
