Requirements
- 5+ years in product design, with at least 2 in a continuous‑discovery environment.
- Strong end‑to‑end product designer: UX, UI, interaction, prototyping.
- Shipped at least 5 production experiments where design moved a real business metric.
- Comfortable in Figma and code prototyping.
- Personally run 50+ usability tests.
- Ability to sketch a prototype live during an interview‑synthesis session.
- English C1+ proficiency.
- Proficiency in using AI tools to increase output.
- High ownership and strong decision‑making in ambiguous environments.
Responsibilities
- Attend every customer interview alongside the PM and Engineer to identify friction points.
- Map current end‑to‑end flows and identify high‑friction moments with evidence.
- Design assumption‑test prototypes focused on validating risky beliefs.
- Build multiple prototype directions per test to facilitate trio decision-making.
- Run usability tests independently and iterate findings within 48 hours.
- Ship winning treatments to 100% of users and remove underperforming flows.
- Pair directly with engineering throughout the build process to shipping.
- Monitor competitor experiences to maintain competitive awareness.
- Focus on buying experience, onboarding, activation, and trust moments.
