Requirements
- Expert-level knowledge of the Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) industry.
- Proven track record of building, selling, and scaling managed staffing services.
- Experience in identifying and securing enterprise-level RPO contracts.
- Ability to lead the strategic evolution of a staffing firm into an AI-enabled powerhouse.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and high-volume hiring.
- Experience managing P&L for a division or company.
- Ability to bridge the gap between traditional recruitment and AI-enabled talent acquisition.
Responsibilities
- Define the RPO value proposition and go-to-market strategy.
- Identify and secure enterprise-level RPO contracts (Project RPO, Selective RPO, and Full RPO).
- Serve as the face of the brand, positioning the company as a tech-forward leader in the staffing industry.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure AI tools solve real-world recruitment bottlenecks.
- Standardize RPO delivery processes to ensure consistent quality across all client accounts.
- Own the P&L for the RPO division to ensure healthy margins through AI efficiency gains.
- Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) such as cost-per-hire and time-to-productivity.
