Requirements
- 8+ years of experience supporting or partnering with senior executives (CPO, COO, CEO, or technical founder).
- Previous experience in Chief of Staff, executive business partner, product operations, or technical program management roles.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities, confidential information, and deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience creating executive-ready documentation.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Product, Engineering, Operations, Finance, or Quality.
- Ability to quickly understand technical concepts in a technology-driven environment.
- Proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to create structure independently.
- Comfortable working in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical, STEM, or business field preferred.
- Experience with AI tools, automation, and workflow optimization systems is a plus.
- Startup experience or background in regulated industries like aerospace or energy is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Support executive priorities, communications, time management, and organizational alignment.
- Track open decisions, action items, risks, and dependencies to ensure initiative momentum.
- Translate complex discussions into actionable outcomes, documentation, and clear next steps.
- Prepare executive-level materials, including briefing documents, presentations, and decision memos.
- Coordinate across product, engineering, and cross-functional teams to improve collaboration.
- Optimize executive workflows, meeting effectiveness, and calendar priorities.
- Develop scalable processes and workflows utilizing automation and productivity platforms.
- Act as a strategic thought partner to navigate organizational ambiguity.
