Requirements
- Approximately 7+ years in business operations, finance, supply chain, or similar roles.
- Mandatory experience in Brazilian agribusiness, including familiarity with crop-cycle sales and channel dynamics.
- Deep hands-on experience in at least two of the following: commercial operations (order to cash), credit/receivables, or supply chain/logistics.
- Practical experience building solutions with AI, such as internal tools, automations, flows, or apps.
- Strong analytical profile with advanced Excel proficiency.
- Comfortable working with ERP and CRM systems.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Ability to work autonomously and make decisions with incomplete information.
- Strong ownership mindset with a focus on problem-solving and process simplification.
Responsibilities
- Build and own the end-to-end Order to Cash process.
- Design scalable commercial processes to reduce administrative burden on the Sales team.
- Create operational dashboards and define KPIs for business visibility.
- Manage financial operations and credit policies in partnership with the CFO.
- Oversee receivables, collection, and credit exposure throughout the crop cycle.
- Coordinate monthly reporting with external accounting partners.
- Manage relationships with logistics operators and ensure product availability.
- Identify and implement automation and AI opportunities to simplify internal operations.
