Requirements
- 10+ years of marketing experience, with significant leadership experience in product marketing.
- Proven track record leading successful product launches in consumer goods, beauty, or omnichannel brands.
- Proven experience managing complex product lifecycles and Stage-Gate processes in a high-growth environment.
- Deep and extensive experience conducting consumer research to gain consumer insights which inform product positioning.
- Strong wholesale/retail marketing experience with an understanding of in-store execution.
- Ability to influence without authority across a matrixed organization, specifically bridging creative and operational teams.
- Exceptional strategic thinking paired with operational rigor and attention to detail.
- Confident cross-functional leadership and ability to influence at the executive level.
- Passion for beauty, innovation, and building brands.
Responsibilities
- Co-lead the discovery phase with Product Development to pitch, prioritize, and price new concepts based on consumer insights.
- Manage the end-to-end commercialization lifecycle and cross-functional Stage-Gate process to ensure scalable and impactful product launches.
- Serve as the strategic link between wholesale, e-commerce, HCB, and marketing to integrate channel-specific needs into the innovation roadmap.
- Develop high-impact retail toolkits and educational materials to support wholesale sell-in, sell-through, and brand equity.
- Partner with the SVP of Integrated Marketing to align product innovation with brand growth strategies and annual plans.
- Analyze market signals and product metrics to inform future roadmaps and ensure strong ROI.
