Requirements

  • 10+ years of product marketing experience.
  • 4+ years in a director-level or above role in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Demonstrated track record of owning end-to-end GTM strategy and execution across a multi-product portfolio.
  • Experience partnering with Product leadership upstream in the roadmap cycle.
  • Broad PMM scope experience including data products, digital advertising, and AI or ecosystem solutions.
  • Strong background in mid-market or growth-stage SaaS organizations.
  • Analytical and data-driven approach to using pipeline, product adoption, and market data.
  • Exceptional cross-functional leadership and influencing skills across Product, Sales, Brand, and Growth Marketing.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills for diverse audience types including executive leadership.
  • Proven people management experience in building high-performing team cultures.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary strategic partner to Product leadership, participating in roadmap planning, prioritization, and strategy development.
  • Own end-to-end GTM strategy and execution, including tiered launch planning, innovation drops, and post-launch performance measurement.
  • Develop and maintain messaging frameworks and value propositions for the core product portfolio.
  • Lead product marketing for seller products, digital advertising, performance products, and AI/ecosystem initiatives.
  • Drive strategic alignment across Brand and Growth Marketing to ensure a consistent, amplified product narrative.
  • Create enablement content and resources to equip revenue teams for effective market entry.
  • Manage and develop a talented product marketing team while setting high standards for execution and data-driven decision-making.
