Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within B2B SaaS, hospitality technology, implementation, or billing operations.
  • Experience managing customer onboarding processes, technical implementations, or subscription-based services.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot and understanding of how customer success and billing workflows interact.
  • Experience with data migration tools, data analysis, or system configuration is preferred.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong customer service mindset with excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling customer data, account setups, documentation, and billing information.
  • Ability to identify process improvements and contribute ideas that increase efficiency.
  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating effectively within a remote team environment.
  • Adaptable, proactive, and eager to learn new technologies and processes in a fast-changing environment.
  • Experience with API integrations, hospitality systems, or subscription billing platforms such as Stripe is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Lead technical implementation activities for new customers, including data extraction, analysis, cleaning, migration, and accurate system imports.
  • Define implementation requirements, manage project parameters, and execute customer onboarding processes efficiently.
  • Configure integrations between platforms, including API connections with external systems when required.
  • Set up customer accounts, user access, custom fields, menus, templates, and configurations based on customer needs.
  • Collaborate closely with customer success teams and customers to ensure smooth onboarding experiences from setup through launch.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve data migration, configuration, and integration issues before and after customer go-live.
  • Create and maintain implementation documentation, including data specifications, integration guides, process documentation, and reporting.
  • Manage the full subscription billing lifecycle, including renewals, invoicing, upgrades, downgrades, cancellations, and churn processing.
  • Handle collections activities for overdue accounts and support efforts to reduce billing-related churn.
  • Conduct billing audits, maintain accurate account records, and identify and resolve discrepancies.
