Requirements
- Proven experience in a Professional Services, Solutions, or Implementation role within a SaaS or CMS environment.
- Strong background in scoping complex technical engagements and drafting Statements of Work (SOWs).
- Extensive experience managing implementation partners, agencies, or System Integrators (SIs).
- Ability to balance customer outcomes with commercial business interests effectively.
- Confident and credible stakeholder management skills, comfortable operating at senior client levels.
- Skilled at bringing structure to ambiguous environments and delivering without a pre-defined playbook.
- Strong command of the English language.
- Familiarity with headless CMS, composable architecture, or digital experience platforms is a strong advantage.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery and scoping conversations to define business objectives, technical requirements, and success criteria.
- Translate complex requirements into clear, structured Statements of Work (SOWs) and commercial terms.
- Own relationships with implementation and agency partners, managing the delivery lifecycle, risks, and escalation points.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders up to the C-suite level.
- Support pre-sales activity including scoping workshops, commercial proposals, and client presentations.
- Collaborate with Product and Account Management teams to inform roadmap development and support account growth.
