Requirements
- Proven experience in a Professional Services, Solutions, or Implementation role within a SaaS or CMS environment.
- Strong background in scoping complex technical engagements and writing or owning Statements of Work.
- Experience managing implementation partners, agencies, or SIs.
- Commercially aware with the ability to balance customer outcomes and business interests.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, confident and credible at senior levels.
- Able to operate without a detailed delivery playbook, comfortable with ambiguity.
- Familiarity with headless CMS, composable architecture, or digital experience platforms is a strong advantage.
- Strong command of the English language.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery and scoping conversations to understand business objectives and technical requirements.
- Translate complex requirements into clear, structured Statements of Work (SOWs).
- Define engagement scope, timelines, resourcing, and commercial terms with Sales and Customer Success teams.
- Manage relationships with implementation and agency partners throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Act as the primary Professional Services point of accountability for clients and senior stakeholders.
- Identify expansion opportunities emerging from active engagements in partnership with Account Management.
- Support pre-sales activity including scoping workshops, commercial proposals, and client presentations.
