Requirements

  • Solid experience in customer success, account management, or relationship management.
  • Experience in SaaS or the property industry is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS business models and software implementation lifecycles.
  • Proven track record of managing client relationships and driving account growth.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Confidence in advising and building relationships with senior decision-makers.
  • Highly organized approach with strong time management skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable client insights.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce and familiarity with account management software.
  • Can-do attitude with a willingness to mentor and share best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of high-value and complex client relationships end-to-end.
  • Lead contract renewals and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize account revenue.
  • Develop and execute strategies to mitigate churn and proactively address at-risk accounts.
  • Manage client onboarding, deliver training, and troubleshoot implementation issues.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer, relaying feedback to product and development teams to shape future enhancements.
  • Monitor client account health, usage metrics, and KPIs like NPS and engagement rates.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and support to ensure a cohesive customer experience and mentor team members.
