Requirements
- Proven experience in Developer Relations (DevRel) with documented impact.
- Deep technical credibility with hands-on experience shipping and operating real systems.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD and DevOps practices.
- Excellent technical communication and public judgment skills.
- Ability to design and deliver effective technical presentations and demos.
- Experience defining success signals and reporting on results.
- Comfort working autonomously and asynchronously in a high-performing team.
- Demonstrated ability to document learning and build reusable assets.
- Nice-to-have: OSS contributions or public technical proof.
- Nice-to-have: Experience supporting enterprise evaluation and migration motions.
- Nice-to-have: Experience collaborating on events programming.
- Nice-to-have: Comfort building agentic tooling or workflow automation.
Responsibilities
- Own campaign execution across priority pillars from concept to launch and iteration.
- Design and publish technical content to reduce time-to-first-value, including onboarding guides and implementation walkthroughs.
- Partner with Product and Support teams to turn recurring confusion into improved documentation, defaults, and UX.
- Capture developer feedback and signal, normalizing and routing it to the appropriate product owners.
- Identify and nurture a community of champions, repeat contributors, and speakers.
- Create and run operational loops for education, signal, proof, adoption, and advocacy.
- Collaborate with customers to share technical war stories and value-first storytelling.
