Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 8+ years of software development experience.
- Strong experience with Java and Spring Boot.
- Experience with at least two additional technologies among Go, Python, Angular, or TypeScript.
- Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and distributed software systems.
- Hands-on experience with cloud environments, preferably AWS.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools, preferably Terraform.
- Experience building and maintaining fully automated CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong relational database experience, including PostgreSQL.
- Experience working with HL7 FHIR standards, including resources, profiles, and implementation guides.
- Knowledge of FHIR R4 and healthcare interoperability patterns.
- Familiarity with healthcare data formats such as QRDA, C-CDA, and claims data.
- Experience with Clinical Quality Language (CQL) or healthcare measure logic execution.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver medium-to-large software features ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
- Develop and maintain software solutions aligned with healthcare interoperability standards, including FHIR-based integrations.
- Design comprehensive test strategies, including test plans, automation approaches, and documentation.
- Build and maintain automated testing processes to improve coverage, speed, and reliability within CI/CD pipelines.
- Support infrastructure and deployment practices using cloud technologies and Infrastructure as Code.
- Reduce technical debt by identifying improvement opportunities and implementing sustainable engineering solutions.
