Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 8+ years of software development experience.
- Experience with Java and Springboot.
- Proficiency in at least two of: GoLang, Python, Angular, or TypeScript.
- Cloud experience, preferably with AWS.
- Experience with Agile development methodology.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code, preferably Terraform.
- Experience with fully automated CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong relational database experience, specifically PostgreSQL.
- Experience with HL7 FHIR standards, resources, profiles, and implementation guides.
- Experience building or integrating RESTful APIs aligned to FHIR specifications.
- Experience with healthcare data formats such as QRDA, C-CDA, or claims data.
- Understanding of digital quality measurement (eCQM/dQM) and Clinical Quality Language (CQL).
Responsibilities
- Contribute meaningfully to the success of projects and products.
- Scope, estimate, design, and deliver medium-to-large features while reducing technical debt.
- Collaborate with teammates and client stakeholders to integrate quality considerations throughout the SDLC.
- Develop comprehensive test plans, cases, and documentation aligned with user requirements.
- Utilize bug-tracking tools to prioritize and facilitate resolution of defects.
- Establish and enforce quality standards and metrics.
- Automate testing processes to increase coverage, speed, and accuracy within CI/CD pipelines.
- Evaluate and implement new QA tools, frameworks, and techniques to drive innovation.
- Ensure testing procedures comply with regulatory requirements and audit standards.
- Implement performance and security testing.
