Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience with depth in backend development, systems integration, or data engineering.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience applying LLMs/AI to production workflows.
- Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript/Node.js.
- Familiarity with Git-based workflows, code review practices, and testing discipline.
- Experience with LLM frameworks, patterns, prompt engineering, RAG, and function calling.
- Experience building multi-agent systems at scale including state management and production monitoring.
- Deep familiarity with Google Cloud Platform, BigQuery, and serverless services like Cloud Functions or Cloud Run.
- Understanding of LLM failure modes, confidence thresholds, and cost/latency management.
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools like GitHub Copilot or Cursor.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end development of multi-agent AI systems, from architecture through operation.
- Build modular agentic systems using frameworks like LangChain or CrewAI.
- Implement observability, logging, and feedback loops for AI systems.
- Develop APIs, CLIs, and microservices connecting AI models to business systems like BigQuery and CRMs.
- Architect data flows for RAG and integrate LLMs with internal knowledge bases.
- Partner with RevOps, Demand Gen, and SDR teams to build high-impact, self-service automation workflows.
- Establish governance, PII handling, and security standards for AI workflows.
