Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in technology-based project management, product operations, or related roles.
- Experience working in fintech or technology sectors.
- Experience with issues management, regulatory compliance, or risk-adjacent projects.
- Knowledge of the cadence of controls, audits, or policy-driven timelines.
- Strong interest in leveraging AI to improve operational execution.
- Strong data skills, including the ability to build dashboards and interpret reports.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive alignment.
- Strong communication and executive presentation skills.
- Ability to operate in ambiguity and manage multiple priorities.
Responsibilities
- Build and improve processes, including AI tooling, to increase efficiency and stakeholder alignment.
- Partner with Legal, Compliance, Operations, Product, Risk, and Engineering to drive issues to resolution.
- Own issue reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
- Track and manage issue containment and remediation processes.
- Drive end-to-end execution of product launches, ensuring cross-functional readiness.
- Manage relationships with banking and strategic partners as a key point of communication.
