Requirements

  • 2-5 years of related experience in a telephonic sales, outreach and engagement, or customer service role.
  • Proficiency in the use of Excel and/or CRM tools like Salesforce.
  • Demonstrated experience working independently and successfully to hit ambitious sales targets.
  • Experience working in outreach, organizing, or coordinated campaigning.
  • Excellent active listening skills and ability to demonstrate empathy with people.
  • Strong collaborative skills and the ability to function effectively as a team player.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (preferred).
  • Experience in healthcare and/or working with Medicaid populations (preferred).
  • Bilingual skills (especially Spanish) (preferred).
  • Flexibility to work extended hours to accomplish business goals.
  • Ability to educate and encourage vaccination against COVID-19.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct high call volume, telephonic and text outreach to eligible families to schedule and ensure completion of initial visits with the clinical team.
  • Manage eligibility lists using the CRM tool to meet daily, weekly, and monthly scheduling and completion targets.
  • Identify and execute innovative activation strategies to drive families to select Nest as their primary care provider.
  • Build, refine, and leverage reporting and dashboards to prioritize outreach modalities and improve engagement algorithms.
  • Participate in the development of messaging, conversation guides, and FAQs to improve outreach effectiveness.
