Requirements

- Comfortable analyzing performance data to provide actionable coaching.
- Willingness to work after hours or weekends if necessary.

Responsibilities
- Directly manage and supervise a team of Outreach Specialists.
- Conduct structured weekly 1:1s focused on individual metrics and call quality.
- Perform routine call audits using the standardized Outreach Quality Scorecard.
- Track and monitor core performance metrics such as call volume, schedule rates, and show rates.
- Oversee the onboarding and continuous training of new and existing team members.
- Collaborate with market teams to ensure consistent patient engagement and follow-through.
- Champion and drive the adoption of new AI-assisted tools and workflows.
