- Conduct high call volume, telephonic and text outreach to eligible families to schedule and ensure completion of initial visits with the clinical team.
- Manage eligibility lists using the CRM tool to meet daily, weekly, and monthly scheduling and completion targets.
- Identify and execute innovative activation strategies to drive families to select Nest as their primary care provider.
- Build, refine, and leverage reporting and dashboards to prioritize outreach modalities and improve engagement algorithms.
- Participate in the development of messaging, conversation guides, and FAQs to improve outreach effectiveness.
