- Provide customer service to clients seeking treatment at out-of-network facilities.
- Answer inbound phone calls and manage inbound referrals from the National Marketing Team.
- Source new referrals through follow-ups with internal and external treatment providers.
- Identify and register appropriate new clients while completing outbound engagement calls.
- Communicate client clinical files to Silver-Line Program Directors.
- Refer clients to higher levels of care outside the clinical continuum.
- Maintain correspondence with clients in recovery and guide them through treatment options.
- Meet census quotas and collection goals.
