Prepare and tailor the assessment approach to the individual.
Conduct remote autism diagnostic assessments.
Conduct combined autism and ADHD assessments where applicable.
Gather evidence from multiple clinical sources and document diagnostic outcomes.
Complete session notes, clinical records, risk and safeguarding documentation where required, and MDT documentation.
Complete all documentation within 24 hours of the assessment.
Attend diagnostic MDT discussions and additional reviews for complex cases where required.
