Relevant qualification in Speech and Language Therapy. Experience working with adult acquired cases, especially in dysphagia. Strong skills in triage and assessment. Proficient in remote working and communication methods. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Perform triage clinics remotely, contacting all new referrals to evaluate their needs. Prioritise cases based on urgency and determine the appropriateness of referrals. Provide signposting to relevant services when necessary. Manage a caseload predominantly of adult clients with dysphagia and other acquired communication disorders. Utilise effective communication skills to liaise with clients and healthcare professionals for accurate triage decisions. Exhibit sound clinical judgement in evaluating referrals and recommending appropriate interventions.
