Requirements
- HCPC registration is mandatory.
- Must be eligible to work in the UK.
- Proven experience with adult caseloads and dysphagia.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote setting.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage own clinical caseload of adult patients, including those with dysphagia.
- Collaborate with Band 7 SLTs on clinical projects and service developments.
- Coordinate the delivery of Speech and Language Therapy services across community hospitals, care homes, patients' homes, and community clinics.
- Provide high-quality care and contribute to service advancement.
