Requirements

- Comfort using AI tools for prospect research and drafting outreach.
- Reliable home office setup including high-speed internet, headset, and webcam.
- Ability to work during standard U.S. business hours.
Responsibilities
- Call and email prospective families to introduce the program and book campus visits or calls.
- Reach out to gyms, clubs, and athletic training centers to establish facility partnerships.
- Respond promptly to inbound inquiries from parents and partners via website, referrals, or events.
- Conduct discovery conversations to qualify families and partners.
- Maintain clean contact records and log all activities in the CRM.
- Provide weekly reports on pipeline activity and outcomes to leadership.
