Responsibilities
- Identify and prioritize new client targets within an assigned segment
- Identify and cultivate cross-sell opportunities within an assigned set of existing clients
- Conduct discovery calls that uncover client goals, challenges, and success criteria
- Build and deliver needs-based product demonstrations
- Articulate the value proposition and ROI for Finalsite’s products
- Maintain accurate CRM documentation for all opportunities
