  • Professional experience utilizing CRM systems
  • Ability to develop strong account relationships and collaborate cross-functionally

  • Ability to communicate with and train team members on products and strategies
  • Passion for education

Responsibilities

  • Drive growth within current retail accounts by identifying opportunities for expanded shelf space and new category placements.
  • Prospect and pitch to new retailers and buying groups to secure new storefronts and online listings.
  • Analyze merchant and buyer needs to create high-performing product assortments and drive category growth.
  • Collaborate with leadership on strategies to meet revenue goals across new and existing channels.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the full print product portfolio including curriculum-based decor, workbooks, and language materials.
  • Manage and execute promotional campaigns in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Maintain accurate records of buyer interactions, account updates, and wholesale leads within the CRM.
  • Gather and report critical market intelligence, including retail trends and competitive analysis.
