Requirements

- Demonstrated success achieving and exceeding sales targets and revenue-based KPIs.
- Strong experience conducting sales conversations over the phone and closing opportunities effectively.
- Proven ability to build relationships with premium or high-value customers.
- Excellent verbal communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and provide consultative recommendations.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Comfortable working overnight schedules, including weekends and holidays when required.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining productivity in a fully remote environment.
- Proficiency with standard computer applications, including Microsoft Word, Teams, Outlook, and similar tools.
- Ability to provide a distraction-free home workspace with the required equipment setup.
- Reliable high-speed wired internet connection with sufficient upload and download capacity.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound sales calls from prospective customers, identify their travel preferences, and recommend tailored solutions.
- Provide personalized guidance by explaining available itineraries, experiences, amenities, and pricing options.
- Build strong relationships with customers to encourage loyalty, repeat business, and long-term engagement.
- Conduct outbound follow-up calls, address objections, and successfully close sales opportunities.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets, revenue goals, and key performance indicators.
- Maintain accurate customer records, document interactions, and manage follow-up activities.
- Deliver a high level of professionalism and customer care while representing a premium travel experience.
- Work effectively within a structured remote environment while maintaining schedule adherence and productivity standards.
