Requirements
- 5-7 years of field marketing experience, including experience at a technology company.
- Proven track record of driving pipeline through field programs.
- Highly self-directed, execution-oriented mindset.
- Strong prioritization and project management skills.
- Excellent stakeholder skills with the ability to communicate concisely and influence sales leaders.
- Strong command of data, program metrics, and pipeline KPIs.
- Comfort with event and marketing tech stacks such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Swoogo.
- Experience using AI tools to improve efficiency and scale impact.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time to run events.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end strategy, planning, and execution of field programs across the western region of the US, including executive dinners, roundtables, workshops, conferences, and roadshows.
- Build and manage a regional field marketing calendar in close partnership with sales leadership and demand generation.
- Own pipeline targets tied to field marketing, and design pre-event, day-of, and post-event engagement strategies.
- Partner hand-in-hand with sales and BDR teams to build targeted invite lists and drive strong attendance.
- Manage sponsorships, venue and vendor relationships, speakers, and third-party event investments.
- Track and report on program ROI, pipeline sourced and influenced, and engagement metrics.
- Build scalable, repeatable playbooks for field programs that can be replicated across regions.
- Utilize AI tools like Claude Code to build efficiency and consistency into program planning and execution.
