Requirements

  • 5-7 years of field marketing experience, including prior experience at a technology company.
  • Proven track record of driving pipeline through field programs.
  • Highly self-directed and execution-oriented mindset.
  • Strong prioritization and project management skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Solid command of data, interpretation of program metrics, and pipeline KPIs.
  • Experience with event and marketing tech stacks such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Swoogo.
  • Comfort using AI tools to automate and scale impact, with specific interest in Claude Code.
  • Must be based in the Mountain or Pacific time zone and live near a major airport.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end strategy, planning, and execution of field programs across the western region of the US, including executive dinners, roundtables, workshops, conferences, and roadshows.
  • Build and manage a regional field marketing calendar in partnership with sales leadership and demand generation.
  • Own pipeline targets tied to field marketing, and design pre-event, day-of, and post-event engagement strategies.
  • Partner with sales and BDR teams to build targeted invite lists and drive attendance from priority accounts and partners.
  • Manage sponsorships, venue and vendor relationships, speakers, and third-party event investments.
  • Track and report on program ROI, pipeline sourced and influenced, and engagement metrics.
  • Build scalable, repeatable playbooks for field programs that can be replicated across regions, segments, and partners.
  • Use AI tools like Claude Code to build efficiency and consistency into field programs.
