Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–4+ years of progressive HRBP, HR Manager, or senior HR Generalist experience.
  • Experience supporting GTM, Strategy, Customer Success, or Onboarding organizations.
  • Proven ability to coach and influence leaders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically with data manipulation in Excel.
  • Strong judgment, integrity, and capability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth, remote-first environment.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across cultures and time zones.
  • PHR or SHRM-CP certification is a strong plus.
  • Workday experience is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary HRBP for the Customer Success & Onboarding business unit.
  • Partner with leadership to drive organizational design, workforce planning, and talent initiatives.
  • Manage complex team member relations, performance management, and conflict resolution with confidentiality.
  • Ensure regional compliance for employment practices and contractor management across the business unit.
  • Leverage Workday for accurate data management, reporting, and workflow troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with the global People Team to ensure consistency in programs and HR processes.
