Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–4+ years of progressive HRBP, HR Manager, or senior HR Generalist experience.
- Experience supporting GTM, Strategy, Customer Success, or Onboarding organizations.
- Proven ability to coach and influence leaders at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically with data manipulation in Excel.
- Strong judgment, integrity, and capability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth, remote-first environment.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across cultures and time zones.
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification is a strong plus.
- Workday experience is a strong plus.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary HRBP for the Customer Success & Onboarding business unit.
- Partner with leadership to drive organizational design, workforce planning, and talent initiatives.
- Manage complex team member relations, performance management, and conflict resolution with confidentiality.
- Ensure regional compliance for employment practices and contractor management across the business unit.
- Leverage Workday for accurate data management, reporting, and workflow troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with the global People Team to ensure consistency in programs and HR processes.
