Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–4+ years of progressive HRBP, HR Manager, or senior HR Generalist experience.
  • Proven experience supporting GTM/Strategy or CS/Onboarding organizations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with strong data analysis skills.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth, remote-first environment.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership coaching skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with high integrity and discretion.
  • Experience with Workday is a strong plus.
  • PHR or SHRM-CP certification is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior leaders to align People strategies with business needs for Customer Success & Onboarding.
  • Lead organizational design, workforce planning, leadership coaching, and change initiatives.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution with confidentiality.
  • Ensure regional compliance for employment practices and contractor management.
  • Maintain accurate employee data in Workday and support HR processes like onboarding and compensation cycles.
  • Collaborate with a global People team to ensure consistency in performance, DEI, and leadership development programs.
