Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in event planning, field marketing coordination, or an adjacent operational role.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity environments is preferred.
  • Flawless organizational skills with the ability to manage tight timelines and moving parts.
  • Ability to manage global time zones.
  • Excellent communication skills for directing on-site teams and managing vendor relationships.
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
  • Experience with CRM or marketing automation tools, such as HubSpot.
  • Experience with lead tracking software.
  • Problem-solving skills to anticipate logistical bottlenecks and find creative solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the daily logistical planning, vendor management, and execution for a diverse calendar of field marketing events, trade shows, and conferences globally.
  • Manage booth assets, shipping schedules, collateral inventory, vendor contracts, and travel coordination.
  • Travel to select global events to oversee setup, manage live event flow, and act as the primary point of contact for external vendors.
  • Partner with Sales, Sales Engineering, and Marketing teams to align event programming with pipeline goals.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key event metrics like lead capture, engagement, and budget vs. actual spend.
  • Monitor regional and global event expenses, ensuring precise documentation and allocation of marketing spend.
