Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or related functions.
- Proven experience developing and executing sourcing strategies that deliver measurable value.
- Strong analytical skills evaluating spend data, market intelligence, and business requirements.
- Experience managing supplier relationships and driving continuous improvement.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior executives.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and operate independently in a remote environment.
- Experience with technology, SaaS, or indirect procurement categories is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end strategic sourcing initiatives from planning to implementation.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies for indirect and technology spend categories, including SaaS.
- Lead complex contract negotiations regarding pricing, service levels, and commercial terms.
- Partner with Finance, Legal, and Technology teams to align sourcing with organizational goals.
- Build and maintain strategic supplier relationships through performance reviews and issue resolution.
- Analyze spend data and market trends to inform category strategies and identify cost savings.
- Establish and promote procurement best practices and standards across the organization.
- Lead executive-level discussions to provide actionable recommendations for sourcing decisions.
