🔍 Financial Services
- 15+ years' experience managing stakeholder relationships.
- 5+ years in technology, preferably in Oracle, with Microsoft-focused experience.
- S. or B.A. degree required; advanced degree or CPA is a plus.
- Experience in financial services preferred.
- Experience leading business analysis support including requirements, scope, and timeline development.
- Proven track record of managing large teams, and influencing senior leadership.
- Familiarity with SDLC methodologies and change control processes.
- Experience in risk management.
- Provide strategic leadership to ensure Finance products, systems, services and procedures meet the strategic and tactical objectives.
- Lead strategy and execution of Finance Systems with business units and IT.
- Engage in discussions throughout the product life cycle for development and implementation advice.
- Identify gaps and improvements in organizational system capabilities and execute plans.
- Facilitate optimization of reporting products and systems with senior leaders.
- Lead innovation in processes and system functionality.
- Improve control environments through system analytic tools and best practices.
- Coordinate development and maintenance of Service Level Agreements with IT.
