Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
- 7+ years of sourcing or contract negotiation experience.
- Demonstrated knowledge in contract management, negotiation, vendor performance management, and strategic procurement.
- Knowledge of various procurement categories (software, hardware, professional services, consulting, marketing, etc.).
- Ability to conduct RFPs across multiple business units.
- Experience in reviewing and editing vendor contracts (MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, etc.).
- Understanding of multiple project management processes and methodologies (waterfall, agile, SDLC).
- Ability to travel up to 10%.
Responsibilities
- Execute the RFP process, solution selection and negotiations to achieve the desired results.
- Draft and negotiate complex agreements including SaaS agreements, MSAs, SOWs, and licensing agreements.
- Collaborate with business partners to identify performance requirements and draft supplier SLAs.
- Develop and execute category negotiation strategies to achieve cost savings and mitigate risk.
- Analyze vendor spend reports and provide recommendations for contract improvements.
- Facilitate vendor management initiatives and act as a point of support for internal departments.
