Requirements
- 8-12 years of combined experience in healthcare IT consulting, EHR implementation, or revenue cycle operations.
- Significant Epic revenue cycle experience (Resolute HB, Resolute PB, Charge Router, Grand Central, or Prelude).
- Current Epic certification in one or more relevant revenue cycle modules.
- Minimum 3 years of experience working in Epic revenue cycle environments.
- Proven experience managing complex client engagements with executive-level interaction.
- Strong understanding of revenue cycle performance metrics (e.g., denial rates, clean claim rates, AR performance).
- Knowledge of healthcare billing requirements, payer regulations, CMS guidelines, and value-based care models.
- Experience leading and developing consulting teams across multiple workstreams.
- Bachelor’s degree required; graduate degree preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a senior advisor to healthcare executives on revenue cycle transformation initiatives.
- Lead client engagements focused on revenue cycle strategy, technology assessments, implementation oversight, and optimization.
- Provide deep Epic revenue cycle expertise to translate platform capabilities into operational improvements.
- Manage engagement teams across multiple workstreams to ensure quality delivery and client satisfaction.
- Build and maintain executive client relationships while identifying new consulting opportunities.
- Contribute to business development through proposal creation, industry events, and thought leadership.
- Mentor and coach consulting professionals to support team development.
