- Strong ability to deliver persuasive presentations.
- Ability to work independently and under tight deadlines.
- Proactive and resourceful approach with strong prioritization skills.
- Adaptable and resilient professional able to adjust to changing scope and focus.
Responsibilities
- Guide teams to co-create medical content across multiple therapy areas while ensuring output meets or exceeds client expectations.
- Provide strategic guidance and input for account planning.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients while collaborating with senior team members.
- Oversee delegation of work and guide teams to deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines.
- Identify opportunities for organic business growth through deep understanding of client interests.
- Shape and execute account strategy in collaboration with medical writing and client service teams.
- Build peer-to-peer relationships with key clients.
- Facilitate internal cross-functional meetings and client workshops.
