Staff Applications Engineer

Serve as the technical lead for customer opportunities across industrial heat, combined heat & power, and power applications.
Run technical discovery, including owning customer data requests and conducting site walkdowns.
Size and configure thermal battery products while optimizing performance, cost, and site constraints.
Produce conceptual site layouts, heat integration designs, and site boundary-condition definitions.
Own product-side electrical configuration and manage product-to-interconnection interfaces.
Produce proposal-stage configuration analysis and cost estimates to support letters of intent and term sheets.
Support commercial negotiations by preparing technical exhibits and performance guarantees.
Prepare basis-of-design handoff packages for project engineering teams.
Scale the applications engineering function by building automation tools and mentoring team members.
