Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Graphic Management Services, Design, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in brand stewardship, account management, or client-facing creative roles.
- 4+ years of experience managing packaging design projects, brand strategy, and creative adaptation.
- 4+ years of experience in visual communication and creative development.
- Proven experience working within a packaging design, branding, or creative agency environment.
- Strong understanding of the creative process, design effectiveness, and consumer-focused brand experiences.
- Ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively with clients, including executive-level stakeholders.
- Experience managing multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and growth-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency with PC and Mac platforms, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint or Keynote.
- Ability to travel periodically and collaborate with clients and internal teams as needed.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with key clients, acting as a strategic partner and primary point of contact for account needs.
- Oversee marketing and design initiatives across packaging, brand strategy, point-of-sale, digital, and social channels.
- Lead account teams and coordinate cross-functional creative teams to deliver projects on time and within scope.
- Translate client objectives into clear creative briefs, ensuring alignment between business goals and design execution.
- Provide strategic guidance, creative feedback, and quality oversight to maintain high standards across all deliverables.
- Lead project kickoffs, client meetings, brainstorming sessions, and workflow planning activities.
- Present creative solutions, insights, and recommendations effectively to clients and senior stakeholders.
- Develop proposals, estimates, statements of work, and project plans based on client requirements.
- Track account performance, forecasts, budgets, invoices, and key business metrics.
- Identify opportunities for account growth, process improvements, and increased operational efficiency.
