Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in content marketing, preferably within a US-based B2B SaaS or technology company.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to create content across multiple formats and channels.
  • Experience developing content strategies that support demand generation, sales enablement, and revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles, audience research, and content performance measurement.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
  • Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ownership mentality.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a remote environment with a stable 50+ Mbps internet connection.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end content calendar, including quarterly editorial planning, prioritization, and delivery timelines.
  • Develop, publish, and optimize high-quality content assets at scale, including blogs, ebooks, infographics, videos, presentations, and other marketing materials.
  • Partner with creative and marketing teams to produce engaging digital assets for demand generation campaigns, sales enablement initiatives, and events.
  • Conduct market research, audience analysis, and data-driven investigations to create valuable and relevant content.
  • Define and execute thought leadership strategies that position the organization as an industry authority.
  • Build and refine audience personas, research topics, and content themes based on customer needs and market insights.
  • Manage external content resources, including freelancers and agencies, when needed, ensuring quality standards and deadlines are maintained.
  • Support SEO and answer engine optimization (AEO) initiatives to increase organic visibility and content performance.
