Requirements

  • 7+ years of B2B event marketing experience, ideally in enterprise SaaS or technology.
  • Proven track record connecting event activity to measurable pipeline and revenue outcomes.
  • Expertise across a broad range of event formats, from large-scale sponsorships to executive programs.
  • Strong grasp of demand generation principles, ABM, lead scoring, and follow-up motions.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Salesforce (campaign setup, lead capture, attribution).
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms.
  • AI fluency, including experience briefing tools and critically evaluating outputs.
  • Excellent project management instincts with ability to manage timelines, budgets, and dependencies.
  • Ability to travel for on-site event execution (up to 25% of the time).
  • Skilled communicator capable of aligning cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Own the pipeline contribution strategy, including defining target account lists and opportunity goals.
  • Design event programs with a clear path to sourced pipeline and intent-based outreach.
  • Manage end-to-end project operations including vendor sourcing, budgets, and run-of-shows.
  • Develop integrated marketing plans across email, paid, social, and partner channels.
  • Track and report on SAOs sourced, pipeline influenced, and overall event ROI.
  • Act as the single point of accountability for events from kick-off through post-event reporting.
  • Leverage AI tools to accelerate planning, research, and execution.
