- Strong background in payments, fintech, or developer platform tooling.
- Mastery of storytelling, with the ability to distill complex technical concepts for business audiences.
- Proven track record of tying go-to-market strategy to measurable commercial outcomes.
- Experience managing complex, cross-functional workstreams autonomously.
- Proficiency in running customer research (win/loss interviews, persona studies).
- Skilled writer capable of producing high-quality positioning briefs and sales decks.
- Data-fluent with experience using tools like Salesforce and Amplitude for performance analysis.
- Active practitioner of AI tools, agents, and prompt engineering.
- Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional leaders without formal authority.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain differentiated positioning and messaging for key product areas.
- Lead end-to-end go-to-market strategy for major product launches.
- Create high-impact sales enablement materials including pitch decks, battlecards, and ROI tools.
- Design and execute qualitative and quantitative customer research and competitive intelligence programs.
- Measure and model the commercial impact of go-to-market initiatives.
- Build AI-assisted workflows to accelerate content creation and research processes.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to the development of team standards and playbooks.
