Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales.
  • Proven track record of closing high-value contracts ranging from $200K to $2M+.
  • Experience selling into large organizations with 10,000+ employees.
  • Expertise in managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
  • Strong consultative selling and solution-based approach in technical sectors.
  • Experience using Salesforce for pipeline management and forecasting.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills for influencing senior decision-makers.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Experience in manufacturing is a plus.
  • Ability to travel twice per year to Newfoundland, Canada, for team meetings.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute the sales strategy for top enterprise accounts with 10,000+ employees.
  • Manage and close complex enterprise deals ranging from $200K to $2M+.
  • Conduct discovery with engineering leaders, procurement, and executives to provide consultative solutions.
  • Build and nurture strategic relationships with key stakeholders to drive account expansion.
  • Partner with internal teams including Customer Success, Product, and Marketing for proposals, negotiations, and customer handoff.
  • Maintain a pipeline of high-value enterprise accounts to meet quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Develop territory and account plans to optimize resource allocation and identify growth opportunities.
