Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales.
- Proven track record of closing high-value contracts ranging from $200K to $2M+.
- Experience selling into large organizations with 10,000+ employees.
- Expertise in managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
- Strong consultative selling and solution-based approach in technical sectors.
- Experience using Salesforce for pipeline management and forecasting.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills for influencing senior decision-makers.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Experience in manufacturing is a plus.
- Ability to travel twice per year to Newfoundland, Canada, for team meetings.
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute the sales strategy for top enterprise accounts with 10,000+ employees.
- Manage and close complex enterprise deals ranging from $200K to $2M+.
- Conduct discovery with engineering leaders, procurement, and executives to provide consultative solutions.
- Build and nurture strategic relationships with key stakeholders to drive account expansion.
- Partner with internal teams including Customer Success, Product, and Marketing for proposals, negotiations, and customer handoff.
- Maintain a pipeline of high-value enterprise accounts to meet quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Develop territory and account plans to optimize resource allocation and identify growth opportunities.
